Terms of Use

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of brandoncarlseo.com (the “site”), which is operated by Brandon Carl SEO (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

My Privacy Policy explains how I collect and use information through the site, and it is part of these Terms.

About this site and my services

This site describes the SEO and local SEO services I offer to businesses and shares general information about search engine optimization. It is meant for business owners and adults, not children.

Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Any work I do for a client is covered by a separate written proposal or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that client’s services.

No guaranteed rankings or results

Search engines such as Google control how websites rank, and they change their algorithms often without notice. Because of that, no one can promise a specific ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads or amount of revenue, and I don’t make those promises on this site.

The case studies and results I describe reflect the work and circumstances of those specific clients. They are not typical results or a guarantee of what any other business will achieve. Your results depend on factors such as your market, competition, website, reviews, budget and how search engines treat your industry.

General information, not professional advice

Articles, guides and other content on the site are general information about SEO and marketing. They are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and they may not fit your situation. Information can also become outdated as search engines change. Please consult a qualified professional before acting on anything that affects your legal or financial decisions.

Contacting me through the site

When you use the contact form or email me, please give accurate information. Sending a message or receiving a reply doesn’t make you a client or create any obligation for either of us until we agree in writing.

Please don’t send passwords, account logins, payment card numbers or other sensitive or confidential information through the contact form. If we work together, I’ll set up secure access the right way.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in a way that breaks any law or violates anyone else’s rights
  • Send spam, junk or automated submissions through the contact form, or submit someone else’s information without permission
  • Try to access parts of the site, the server or any account you aren’t authorized to use

  • Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site in bulk using bots or other automated tools, other than search engines indexing the site for search results

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to other websites, tools and resources that I don’t control. Those links are provided for convenience. I’m not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link doesn’t mean I endorse them. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, I make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. I don’t promise that the site will always be available, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Brandon Carl SEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, that arise from your use of or inability to use the site or its content, even if I was told such damages were possible.

My total liability for any claim related to the site will not be more than one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some places don’t allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. This section covers your use of the site. Liability for client services is covered by the client’s service agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Brandon Carl SEO from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Other terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will stay in effect. If I don’t enforce a part of these Terms right away, that doesn’t mean I’ve given up the right to enforce it later. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and me about your use of the site.
